What is Briefo?
Briefo helps businesses show up where buyers search and gives teams AI that knows their own business. Our AI visibility service strengthens the site and corrects relevant public profiles when needed. Our software connects to sales, stock and customer records to power Knowledge Chat, the Dashboard and AI Stylist.
What can I connect to Briefo?
Your point of sale and online store, plus email, calendar and documents (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Outlook). New integrations are added regularly; ask us about the systems you run.
Does Briefo train AI models on my data?
No. Your connected data is used only to answer your questions inside your own account. It is never used to train or fine-tune any model, by us or by our model providers.
How is my data kept private?
Each business is a separate, isolated account. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Customer contact details from your point of sale are never placed in the AI search index.
What does Briefo cost?

What are the three products?
Knowledge Chat answers plain questions about your business, cited to the source. The Dashboard tells your team every morning which customers to follow up with and why. The AI Stylist builds complete, shoppable outfits for online shoppers from what's actually in stock. All three read the same memory.
Which industries does Briefo work for?
Any business that runs on repeat customers, including retail, home services and professional services. Retail has its own page, Briefo for Retail, which pairs the Dashboard with the AI Stylist.
Do I need all three products?
No. Each product runs on its own. Knowledge Chat works for any business, and the Dashboard and the Stylist each run alone or together, on the same memory.
What does the AI Stylist do?
A shopper describes what they need in plain language and gets back a complete, in-stock look, the same personalized matching your best staff give in person, available at any hour.
How does the who-to-call list work?
Every morning, Briefo ranks clients by purchase history, brand affinity and how long it has been since their last visit, then surfaces the specific client and item worth a call, with a plain reason.
How long does setup take?
Connecting email and calendar takes minutes. Point of sale connections and a first import are done with you during onboarding, typically within the first week.
What happens when Briefo doesn't know the answer?
It says so. Briefo only answers from your connected sources and shows where each answer came from. If nothing on file answers the question, it tells you plainly instead of guessing.
Where is my data stored?
On Amazon Web Services in the United States. Ask us if you need a different region.
Does Briefo also help my business get found by AI assistants?
Yes. We map the searches and AI questions that matter, improve your site and relevant public sources, and show the results in a reviewed monthly report.
What does the AI visibility service measure?
We compare a stable set of buyer questions across supported AI and Google experiences, review mentions and visible links, and combine that sample with available Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Analytics data. We label samples and first-party numbers separately.
Do I need Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, or Analytics?
Yes. They show how your site performs in search and what visitors do next. Briefo can manage separate properties for your business, or work with properties you keep in your own account.
Will you show what changed after the work?
Yes. We capture your starting position, log completed work with evidence, and compare later months using the same questions and market settings. The report separates what we changed from what search and AI systems showed afterward.
Who makes Briefo, and where is it based?
Briefo is made by Noah Consulting Services, a software company in Montréal, Québec, Canada. It has been live with customers since 2026. Reach us at admin@briefo.io.
Is Briefo built for Québec Law 25 and PIPEDA?
Yes. Personal information is used only to provide the service and never to train AI models, a data processing agreement is included in our Terms, and we supply what you need for your privacy impact assessment, including for hosting outside Québec. Privacy requests go to admin@briefo.io.
